California Title 22 lists certain health conditions that need a written Restricted Health Care Plan. Our RN trains staff on each person’s plan before they work with that person. We support people with:

  • Use of inhalation-assistive devices, such as oxygen, nebulizers, and inhalers

  • Colostomy or ileostomy

  • Enemas, suppositories, or fecal impaction removal

  • Urinary catheters

  • Staph or other serious communicable infections

  • Insulin-dependent diabetes

  • Stage 1 and 2 skin ulcers

  • Wounds

  • Gastrostomy (G-tube)

  • Tracheostomy

Each plan is written with the person’s doctor or a licensed health professional. Staff only do what the plan allows and what they have been trained and checked on.
